Music to Flow By is a collection of music designed specifically to promote focus. It is neither distracting nor boring. The tempos are between 60 and 80 beats per minute. Tracks are 25 minutes long, which coincide with the Pomodoro Technique of time management.
Music to Flow By is a subscription-based service. When you subscribe you get access to the entire library of tracks with a new track every 3 months.
Music to Flow By started as an idea by Carl Franklin, a software developer and musician. He read a study in which children did better at math when exposed to baroque background music between 60 and 80 BPM. He made more modern music that was easy to listen to, and dubbed it Music to Code By. After a successful Kickstarter campaign, and selling mp3 files to over 7,000 happy customers, Carl decided the subscription model was a much better way to deliver the goods.
